YOU provide a copy of the client's medical records for review. We will summarize the information and determine the risk severity of the client's condition.

LIFE PROJECTIONS will then indicate probability of survival based on available medical research and life expectancy tables used by the insurance industry. We will call you to discuss our findings and survival projection prior to mailing the written report.

WE also require an authorization signed by the client allowing LIFE PROJECTIONS to have access to their medial records.
